Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Pricing and Minimum Order

  • Wholesale pricing is set at 50% off the Regular Candle Company's retail price.
  • A minimum order value of $200 is required to qualify for wholesale pricing.
  • All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Order Placement and Turnaround Time

  • Wholesale orders must be placed via the dedicated wholesale portal accessible at regularcandles.com/pages/ws-account-login.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • Order confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of placement.
  • Backorders will be communicated promptly with estimated availability dates.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full in advance of shipment.
  • Regular Candle Company does not offer credit terms at this time.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH transfer, and wire transfer.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

Shipping and Handling

  • Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
  • Total shipping costs, inclusive of insurance, will be calculated as 9.5% of the total order cost.
  • FREE SHIPPING is available for orders containing 48 or more units.
  • International shipping is available to select countries; additional fees and duties may apply.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Exclusivity and Territory

  • Regular Candle Company offers zip code exclusivity, provided a wholesale order has been placed within the previous 90 days.
  • Territorial rights must be renewed through consistent ordering to maintain exclusivity.
  • Regular Candle Company reserves the right to review and modify territorial agreements based on sales performance.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted on the initial order only; subsequent reorders are not eligible for return.
  • Damaged or defective products will be replaced at Regular Candle Company's expense.
  • Unsold merchandise is not eligible for return.
  • Claims for damaged products must be filed within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any products.

Marketing and Branding

  • Wholesale partners are prohibited from reselling Regular Ass Candles on third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Etsy.
  • Product photography and marketing materials are available upon request.
  • Use of Regular Candle Company's logos and branding must comply with provided brand guidelines.

Product Customization

  • Customization, co-branding, and private labeling options are available for wholesale orders.
  • Retailers interested in these services should contact Regular Candle Company directly to discuss details and terms.
  • Custom orders may require additional lead time and minimum quantities.

Inventory and Stock Levels

  • Regular Candle Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain sufficient inventory.
  • Wholesale partners will be notified of any anticipated stock shortages or discontinuations.
  • Seasonal items may have ordering deadlines to ensure availability.

Legal and Compliance

  • Retailers are required to agree to and adhere to these wholesale terms to place and maintain orders with Regular Candle Company.
  • All wholesale partners must maintain appropriate business licenses and permits.
  • Regular Candle Company reserves the right to terminate wholesale agreements for non-compliance.

Long-term Relationship and Growth

  • Bulk discounts are available for larger orders; contact Regular Candle Company for more details.
  • Wholesale terms will be reviewed regularly and are subject to change. Regular Candle Company will provide notice of any such changes to its wholesale partners in a timely manner.
  • Annual purchasing targets may be established for premium partnership status.
