Shipping Policy
Order Processing
When you place an order with us, please expect 1-2 business days to process your purchase. You will receive an email notification, with tracking information, when your order ships.
Shipping Rates
To keep your purchasing and shipping process simple, we offer flat rate shipping: $7.99 for 5-7 day ground or $15.99 for 2-3 day expedited.
For orders over $50, excluding taxes, we offer complimentary standard, ground shipping.
Shipping Times
We ship orders through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Your shipping method will vary based on the shipping options you select at checkout. For U.S. domestic orders, you can generally expect to receive your order within 10 days.
Please note that shipping times can vary depending on shipping method and this is an estimate.
Return Policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
Returns can be mailed to: 444 N Michigan Ave Ste 1200, Chicago, IL 60611. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
